Version 2 · Effective October 15, 2026
Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and MilliRx. They cover the MilliRx web app at app.millirx.com, the apps we build on it, and the emails we send about it. By creating an account or using MilliRx, you agree to them, including the rules in sections 5 to 7 for what you upload and share. If you use MilliRx for a pharmacy or other employer, you also confirm that you may agree on your own behalf.
1. Who MilliRx is for
MilliRx is a drug information and productivity tool for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, and other health care professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. It is not meant for patients or the public.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information and keep it current.
Keep your password private. One account is for one person; do not share it.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@millirx.com if you think someone else used it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting it removes your personal notes, tasks, flashcards, and files, and cannot be undone.
3. Workplaces
A pharmacy or organization can give you a seat in its workplace, for example through a join code or an invitation. The admins of that workplace can see your name, email address, role, and when you joined, and they can change your role or end your access. Records you create for a workplace belong to that workplace. Your personal records stay yours: a workplace never sees your personal notes, tasks, flashcards, or files, and leaving a workplace does not hand them over.
4. Professional judgment comes first
MilliRx supports your professional judgment. It does not replace it. Drug information, calculators, guidelines, charts, and other content are for licensed professionals and trainees, who are responsible for checking them against the patient in front of them, the prescription, current product labeling, and the law where they practice. MilliRx does not give medical advice to patients and does not create a relationship with any patient.
Calculators compute from the values you enter and show their work. Check your inputs and the result before you act on it.
Clinical content changes. Each piece shows its source and date; use the most current information available to you.
Drug reference content licensed from other companies is provided under their terms, which we will show where that content appears.
5. No patient information or other sensitive information
Do not put protected health information into MilliRx. That includes patient names, dates of birth, prescription numbers, and anything else that identifies a patient, in notes, tasks, flashcards, Hard Drive files, search, or anywhere else. MilliRx is not covered by a business associate agreement (BAA) today. If we offer a plan that is, its own terms will say so.
Also keep out:
Personal information about other people that you do not have the right to share, such as Social Security numbers, driver's license or other government ID numbers, bank account or card numbers, signatures, and health records.
Passwords, security codes, and keys, including the sign-ins for your pharmacy's systems.
Information your employer or anyone else requires you to keep confidential, unless they allow you to store it here.
6. Your content
You own what you create and upload in MilliRx, such as notes, tasks, flashcards, and files ("your content"). MilliRx does not claim it.
You give MilliRx permission to host, store, copy, process, and display your content only as needed to run MilliRx for you: to save it, show it to you and the people you share it with, make previews, keep backups, and keep MilliRx secure. This permission is worldwide and free of charge. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups until they roll off, and copies other people already made from what you shared with them. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Before you upload, store, or share anything, make sure you have the right to. Each time you do, you confirm that:
You created it, or you have permission from whoever owns it, such as its author, its publisher, or your employer.
Uploading, storing, and sharing it in MilliRx does not break any law, contract, license, confidentiality duty, or employer policy that applies to you.
It does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
It contains no patient information and none of the sensitive information listed in section 5.
Some common examples:
Your pharmacy's policies, procedures, forms, and other internal documents belong to your employer. Upload them only if your employer allows it.
Textbooks, drug references, journal articles, exam prep questions, and course materials usually belong to their publishers. Upload them only if your license or subscription allows it, or the law does.
Photos and recordings of other people need their permission. Photos of children need permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for your content and for what happens when you share it. Keep your own copies of anything important: MilliRx is not a backup service.
7. Content and conduct rules
These rules cover everything in MilliRx, including files, notes, tasks, flashcards, invitations, and anything you share. Do not use MilliRx to create, upload, store, or share content, or to act in a way, that:
Sexually exploits or abuses children. We do not tolerate it. We remove it, close the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
Is illegal or helps someone break the law. This includes the illegal sale or diversion of prescription drugs or controlled substances, forged or altered prescriptions, and instructions for making illegal drugs or weapons.
Infringes someone else's rights, such as pirated software, books, or media, or copyrighted material shared without permission (section 9 explains how to report it).
Exposes personal or confidential information without the right to, as section 5 describes.
Is sexually explicit, or shares intimate images of anyone without their consent.
Harasses, bullies, or threatens anyone, encourages others to, or promotes violence or hatred against people because of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, or another characteristic tied to discrimination.
Supports terrorist or violent extremist groups, or shows graphic violence to shock people or to celebrate it.
Impersonates a person or organization, or misrepresents who you are, your license, or your credentials.
Deceives people, such as fraud, scams, phishing for passwords or financial details, or health information you know is false, presented in a way that could cause serious harm.
Is spam, including unwanted or bulk messages, and invitations to people who would not want them or to patients.
Contains malware, viruses, or anything else that could harm devices, networks, or data.
You also agree not to:
Get into another person's account or data without their permission.
Probe, scan, disrupt, or overload MilliRx, or get around its security, limits, or feature controls.
Get around an action we took under these terms, for example by making a new account after yours was suspended.
Scrape, crawl, or bulk download content, or use it to build a competing product or train a machine learning model.
Copy, resell, or redistribute MilliRx content or licensed drug reference content outside what the product lets you do.
Use Hard Drive or sharing links to distribute files to the public at large, such as hosting downloads or media for a website.
Context matters. Educational, clinical, scientific, and documentary material can be acceptable where the same content otherwise would not be, such as a training deck about drug diversion. We consider that context when we review content. It never excuses material that sexually exploits children, or patient information.
8. How we enforce these terms
We do not review everything you store, and we are not responsible for content other people put in MilliRx. We may review content when it is reported to us, when we have reason to believe it breaks these terms or the law, when we need to keep MilliRx secure, or when the law requires it. We may use automated tools to help find malware and illegal content.
If content or conduct breaks these terms or the law, or puts people or MilliRx at risk, we may:
Remove the content, or turn off access to it and its sharing links.
Limit features, such as uploading or sharing.
Suspend or close the account.
Report it to the authorities, and preserve the content and account information when the law requires.
Where we reasonably can, we will tell you what we did and why, and give you a chance to fix it first. We may act without notice when telling you would break the law, put someone at risk, interfere with an investigation, or harm the security of MilliRx. If you think we made a mistake, write to hello@millirx.com and we will look again.
9. Reporting content and copyright
To report content that breaks these terms, write to hello@millirx.com with a link to it or a description of where it is. If a child is in danger, call the police first.
Copyright. If you believe content in MilliRx infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@millirx.com that includes:
Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
The copyrighted work, and the content you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
We respond to notices that meet the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If we remove your content because of a notice, we will tell you, and you may send a counter notice if you believe it was removed by mistake. We close the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.
10. MilliRx content
MilliRx reviews, decision guides, charts, decks, the app itself, and the MilliRx name and logo belong to MilliRx or the companies that license them to us. While your account is in good standing, you may use them for your own professional work. Brand assets are offered for press use under the rules on the press kit page.
11. Storage and inactive accounts
Hard Drive has a storage limit and a size limit for each file, both shown in the app. When you reach the storage limit, new uploads stop until you make room.
If you do not sign in for two years, we may delete your account and its content. We will email you at least 30 days before we do.
12. Prices
Some features are free today. If we start charging for a feature you use, we will tell you before you are charged, and paid plans will come with their own terms.
13. Changes
We improve MilliRx all the time and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update these terms. When a change is significant, we will ask you to read and accept the new terms before you keep using MilliRx. Each version shows the date it was published.
14. Suspension and ending
You can stop using MilliRx and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account for serious or repeated breaks of these terms, when the law requires it, or when the account puts other people or MilliRx at risk, as section 8 describes. Sections 15 to 17 still apply after an account ends.
15. Disclaimers
MilliRx is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, MilliRx makes no promises that the service or its content will be complete, current, error free, or always available, and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MilliRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of MilliRx. MilliRx's total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid MilliRx in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
17. Claims about your content
If someone makes a claim against MilliRx because of content you uploaded or shared, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover MilliRx's reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the extent the law allows.
18. Contact
